Susan St. Onge
Branch Supervisor - Western Mass Region
Sue has over 30 years customer service experience with 19 years in a supervisor/management role. In her position at Home Staff; she supervises the day-to-day operations of the branch including 100 home health aides servicing the elders in the community. Her goal for this year is to develop a strong community relations program. Sue is a member of the Western Massachusetts Elder Care Professionals Association, which is dedicated to the concerns of the elder population in our community. She is also a member of the Alzheimer’s Partnership Association and is currently on their “Memory Walk” committee.
Sue has a B.S. in Business from the University of Massachusetts in
Amherst.
