Clinical Field RN
Position Summary: This position is responsible for evaluating the delivery of quality health care in the home and community using company and community resources cost effectively and efficiently. Makes visits to client’s homes to supervise Home Health Aide staff and ensure quality service. Acts as clinical resource.
Functions & Responsibilities:
Demonstrates the ability to make decisions independently. Recognizes complex situations and is able to identify key or underlying issues for problem resolution.
May participate in weekly week-long on-call rotation, supporting our field staff and after hours coordinating needs.
Renews and maintains strong understanding and working knowledge of the Standards of Practice for Home Care Aide Services in Massachusetts.
Upholds the compliance objectives and policies and procedures of the organization.
Performs other related duties of a similar nature and complexity as directed.
Skills and Knowledge:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred.
Licensed to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
Maintains current State of Massachusetts RN licensure.
Experience Preferred: Minimum 3 years in the health care field and 3 years management experience in home care or other equivalent training experience.

All positions are open and applications will be accepted. Certified Home Health Aides who are willing to work in Grafton, Millbury, Uxbridge, Southbridge, Charlton, Sturbridge, Marlboro, Westborough, Southborough and Northborough are preferred.
Certified Home Health Aide Compassionate and dependable caregivers are needed to provide various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care.
The Home Staff Home Health Aide provides for the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes or in facilities:
Personal care includes: personal hygiene such as assisting to the bathroom, bathing, care of mouth, skin, hair care and more.
May assist in transfers: from bed to wheelchair, from wheelchair to toilet, to shower, etc.
Personal caregivers also may do laundry, go shopping (company provides advanced funds), and other things to help the client during the shift.
Aides should be prepared to be work one weekend per month, and be flexible to travel within reasonable distances. You tell us what locations you can work in, and we will work with you to meet those needs.
P/T and F/T positions available.
Must have dependable transportation. Need to be able to read, speak and write English. Bi-Lingual applicants are also encouraged to apply.

A: Home Staff hires Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Personal Care Attendants. Home Staff offers several training certification programs. If you have no training or Certification you may want to begin in the Home Staff Home Maker class. All employees are required to participate in the trainings necessary training to provide home care to our clients.
A: Yes, Home Staff Employees are required to have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. Each employee is required to transport themselves to and from client homes and have valid insurance coverage.
A: Home Staff expects employees to be somewhat flexible with their scheduling. Each employee should plan on working at least one weekend day per month.
A: No, under no circumstances should friends or family meet or know the consumers name or place of residence it would be a violation of our consumer’s privacy.
A: Yes. Home Staff offers health insurance, retirement savings plans, disability and other benefits, based on eligibility. In addition to these benefits Home Staff provides training at no cost to the employee.
A: Schedules are developed in the coordinating department and reviewed with each employee. An employees skill level, service area and shift availability are all considered during this process.
