Home Staff has immediate opportunities for Home Health Aides in Worcester, Leominster and surrounding towns..
The Home Staff Home Health Aide provides for the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes or in facilities:
- Personal care includes: personal hygiene such as assisting to the bathroom, bathing, care of mouth, skin, hair care and more.
- May assist in transfers: from bed to wheelchair, from wheelchair to toilet, to shower, etc.
- Personal caregivers also may do laundry, go shopping (company provides advanced funds), and other things to help the client during the shift.
- Aides should be prepared to be work one weekend per month, and be flexible to travel within reasonable distances.
- P/T and F/T positions available. Overnights and weekends available as well.
- Must have dependable transportation. Need to be able to read, speak and write English.
- Bi-Lingual applicants are also encouraged to apply.

Per Diem RN’s multiple positions available to add to our per diem RN pool. in Worcester, MA and surrounding locations.
- The qualified candidates are responsible for evaluating the delivery of quality healthcare in the home and community.
- Makes visits to client homes to supervise home health aide staff and ensure quality service.
- Participates in the evaluation of field staff as appropriate.
- Uses independent, professional judgment to determine when collaboration with internal and external resources will affect more efficient and effective patient care.
- Directs, instructs, demonstrates, and supervises care given to the patients by HHA’s, PC’s and other field level staff as appropriate using independent, professional judgment to determine the skill levels required for the patient care involved.
- Makes recommendation for the patients to the caregiver.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess all health and learning needs of patients and/or caregivers, develops and implements a Plan of Care.
- Needs to be available to participate in week long on call rotation, supporting our field staff and after hours coordinating needs.
- Current MA RN License Required

- May assist in transfers: from bed to wheelchair, from wheelchair to toilet, to shower, etc.
- Personal caregivers also may do laundry, go shopping (company provides advanced funds), and other things to help the client during the shift.
- Aides should be prepared to be work one weekend per month, and be flexible to travel within reasonable distances. You tell us what locations you can work in, and we will work with you to meet those needs.

- Must have a reliable. Need to be able to read, speak and write English. Bi-Lingual applicants are also encouraged to apply.
- Must have valid current Certificate as Home Health Aide (not Certified Nursing Assistant).

HOMEMAKERS and PCA’s
Performs household services such as:
- Planning, preparing, and serving meals
- Making and changing beds
- Cleaning and dusting household supplies
- Mopping floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning bathroom and kitchen
- Washing dishes
- Laundering
Observes, records, and reports Physical, mental, or behavioral changes in the client
- Any changes in family situation that may affect the client
- Any emergency situations, etc.
Must have reliable transportation.

- 7am – 9 am Monday through Sunday (Worcester, Shrewsbury, Charlton, surrounding towns)
- 3pm – 8pm Monday through Sunday (Worcester, Shrewsbury, Charlton, surrounding towns)
- Paid travel/mileage time available
