Providing Personal Care:
Home Staff offers Personal Care services for those who may need assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and getting around the house. Personal Care Aides are trained in the proper techniques for lifting someone from a bed to a chair, from the chair to standing, and the like. They are trained to assist an individual with personal hygiene tasks while maintaining the dignity of the client. Home Staff will also prepare nutritional meals sensitive to dietary restrictions. They will be a caring, comforting presence at a time when the client is frustrated by their own diminishing abilities or challenged by a disability.
Providing Companionship 
We offer specialized companion home care services in Massachusetts for those who may need general assistance with daily activities such as: a steady arm to lean on, running errands, reaching the top shelf of the cupboard and basic meal preparation. Or, we can simply be a trusted home maker companion when you feel your loved one just shouldn’t be alone all day. We’ll provide as much or as little personal assistance needed, for example:
- Provide companionship and a sense of security;
- Help with housekeeping, laundry & other household chores;
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing, toileting;
- Prepare meals, including special diets;
- Home Staff’s nurses will develop an individualized plan of care.
