Angela Rocheleau
Meet Our Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Rocheleau has dedicated herself for the last 18 years to her career at Home Staff. Throughout her tenure she has taken on nearly every task – from scheduling to operations and leadership. She was appointed as CEO in April of 2008 when Home Staff was acquired in a joint venture by Fallon Community Health Plan and the VNA Care Network At each turn, her innate understanding of the complex and changing needs of clients has helped to shape the manner in which Home Staff delivers home health care services. Because of this effort, Home Staff enjoys high regard from within the healthcare industry, and has been nominated and awarded the BBB Torch Award for Ethics in the Marketplace on more than one occasion, as well as receiving other industry accolades.
Ms. Rocheleau leads a team, of close to 500 full and part time employees. Under her direction the company has an impeccable record of hiring training and supervising its caregivers. She recognizes the need to have flexible schedules to accommodate parent-hours, offers entry-level positions that are paid higher rates than minimum wage, provides opportunities for onsite training for advanced certification all within an environment welcoming and respectful of diverse ethnic backgrounds.
Angela Rocheleau has become a popular source of information and advice for families with elderly loved ones. Her expertise can be heard and seen in local media outlets through various columns and personal appearances.
She graduated Worcester State College with a Bachelor of Science in 1988. She currently serves on the boards of several healthcare related agencies including Mass Home Care Council and the Service Committee for Elder Services of Worcester and dedicates time to attend industry conferences. Most recently, Ms. Rocheleau has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau in Central Mass. She supports charities both personally and professionally that coincide with her personal and business mission including the Alzheimer’s Memory Walks and the UMASS Walk to Cure Cancer and is also active in her local town school and church activities.
