Community Relations Manager – Greater Worcester Region
Judy’s entire career has been focused on providing quality customer service in various industries: manufacturing, retail and now home care. Prior to joining the Home Staff team, she worked for over 35 years at Sharfmans Jewelers. In 2006 Judy began her tenure at Home Staff managing the Leominster branch office where she supervised the quality care and dedication provided by each of our highly trained aides. As Community Relations Manager since January of 2009, Judy’ responsibilities include outreach initiatives to elder law attorneys, financial planners, geriatric care managers and the senior population at large. The purpose is to educate each of these groups on the importance of health care planning and the quality, award-winning services provided by Home Staff for over 30 years. She also presents the continuum of care offered through the partnerships of Home Staff, LLC with Fallon Community Health Plan and the VNA Care Network. In addition to her work at Home Staff, Judy is involved with many civic and charitable organizations. She has a B.S. in Education from Worcester State College.

Susan St. Onge
Branch Manager – Western Mass Region
Sue has over 30 years customer service experience with 19 years in a supervisor/management role. In her position at Home Staff; she supervises the day-to-day operations of the branch including 100 home health aides servicing the elders in the community. Her goal for this year is to develop a strong community relations program. Sue is a member of the Western Massachusetts Elder Care Professionals Association, which is dedicated to the concerns of the elder population in our community. She is also a member of the Alzheimer’s Partnership Association and is currently on their “Memory Walk” committee. Sue has a B.S. in Business from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

Community Relations Liason – Greater Boston Area
Hannah Stein serves as the Community Relations Liason for Home Staff in the Needham/Greater Boston area. Hannah has deep experience in communications and service marketing – over 25 years working with a variety of service providers including developers of assisted living facilities, architects, software developers and other consulting companies.
Ms. Stein’s responsibilities include outreach, communications and education initiatives with facilities and professionals focused on the provision of services to seniors, their families and caregivers. Ms. Stein will also present the continuum of care Home Staff offers through their service partnerships with Fallon Community Health Plan and the VNA Care Network & Hospice. She has a BA in Sociology and Art from University of Delaware.
